Law Degree from the Universidade da Coruña in June 2004. Advanced course in Autonomous Law at the Institute of Public Law of Barcelona. CAE Certificate in English by the University of Cambridge and French B1 by the Alliance Française. She joined the scale of Lawyers of the Xunta de Galicia by competitive examination in May 2007. She has held several positions as a lawyer in the Legal Department of the Xunta de Galicia, among them, in the legal department of the Vice-Presidency of Equality and Welfare and in the General Legal Department of the Xunta de Galicia. From November 2011 to February 2013 she held the position of legal advisor to the Presidency of the Xunta de Galicia. In February 2013 she was appointed General Technical Secretary of the Department of Labor and Welfare. In October 2015 she was appointed technical secretary general of the Regional Ministry of Environment and Territorial Planning. In October 2018 she was appointed technical secretary general of the Regional Ministry of Rural Affairs. In September 2020 she was appointed Regional Minister of Employment and Equality and in June 2023, Regional Minister of Economy, Industry and Innovation.
